Shipping Policy
Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on All Orders from Musway USA!
At Musway USA, we’re committed to delivering exceptional products—and that includes a seamless, worry-free shipping experience. Every order placed on our website qualifies for free standard shipping with no minimum purchase required.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Most of our products are in stock and ready to ship. Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day, depending on warehouse availability and payment authorization.
Some items, including custom-built components or special-order products, may require additional processing time before shipping.
Please Note: Orders are processed Monday through Friday only. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Options
We ship through reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Customers can upgrade shipping methods at checkout for faster delivery:
- 3-Day Service
- 2-Day Air
- Next Day Air
Shipping rates for expedited services are based on item weight and are non-refundable once your order has shipped, regardless of actual delivery date.
Shipping to Alternate Addresses
We can ship to addresses other than the billing address, but doing so may cause a short delay in processing due to additional fraud protection verification. This is part of our effort to ensure your order and personal information are safe.
Package Rerouting
If you need to change your delivery location after your order has shipped, we may be able to reroute UPS packages to a local UPS hub for pickup with a valid ID. A $25 intercept fee will apply.
Order Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
- Track your order using the provided link.
- Plan to be available at the delivery location.
- Have someone receive the package if you’re not available.
- Or, request a hold for pickup at a UPS or USPS hub (additional fees may apply).
Musway USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking indicates “Delivered.”
