How do I download and install MUSWAY software?
You can find the latest version of our TuneST and D1S software in the Download Center. Select your product, click Download, and follow the installation guide included with the file.
My computer does not recognise my MUSWAY DSP, what should I do?
Check that your USB connection is secure and your drivers are up to date. If the issue persists, reinstall the TuneST software or contact our Technical Support team for help.
How do I reset my MUSWAY DSP or amplifier?
Each product has a different reset process. Refer to your model's user manual in the Downloads section for the detailed steps.
Vehicle compatibility
Are MUSWAY products compatible with factory head units?
Yes. MUSWAY DSPs and amplifiers are designed for seamless integration with OEM systems, including vehicles from BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Audi.
